Award celebrates Bryn’s dedication to supporting caseworkers and improving outcomes for children and families.
DUBLIN, OH, June 02, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ — Northwoods is proud to announce that Bryn Coby, Case Aide Specialist, has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Influencers in Local Government by Engaging Local Government Leaders (ELGL) for 2025.
Bryn is being honored for her outstanding work supporting child welfare agencies across Ohio. Currently assisting nine agencies—and soon expanding to twelve—Bryn leads a team of generalists to deliver critical administrative support, enabling caseworkers to spend more time with families. Her leadership, dedication, and service-oriented mindset have made her an indispensable partner in improving outcomes for children and families statewide.
“Bryn is very deserving of this honor,” said Ryan Sherry, Director of Case Aide Services at Northwoods. “She consistently goes above and beyond to provide outstanding support to our county caseworkers and, most importantly, to the children and families they serve.”
“We are incredibly proud of Bryn,” added Dave Minning, President and CEO of Northwoods. “This honor is a testament not only to Bryn’s passion and commitment to public service, but also to the spirit of innovation and collaboration that defines Northwoods. Her recognition reflects the impact we strive to make in communities across the country.”
In response to the award, Bryn shared:
“I share this award with all of the child welfare workers in Ohio who are doing the tough work of child protection in our communities. I’m honored to be recognized as a leader in local government and will continue to focus on how my work can impact others.”
