Bringing Local Arts & Wellness to Global Beneficiaries
VIRGINIA BEACH, CA, April 17, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ — 2050Community artist’s collective in the ViBeCreative District of Virginia Beach, has announced the launch of their associated Non-Profit Comforting Future Self formed to “Benefit the Human Condition through Environment, Experiences and Education”. The 501 (c)3 foundation allows established artists and art supporters a way to improve conditions in some of the world’s most challenging locations by providing art and garden installations, mentoring, and funding towards income generating projects.
Using a ground network of teams and artists, this partnership connects war impacted and severely impoverished individuals and communities to outside resources, arts and agriculture education and support towards sustaining their own income generating gardens and arts projects. The goal is to provide established artists and foundation supporters with a meaningful way to donate funds and expertise in a method which brings hope, benefit and gives a voice to stories which get lost in the general art market.
They are currently conducting art installation projects in Democratic Republic of Congo, Northern Iraq, Angola and Ukraine with the participation of several Virginia Beach area artists.
