New Projects:

Cape Coral UEP North 1
EHC has been selected to take part in the Cape Coral UEP North 1 project provided by Denco, located in beautiful Cape Coral, Florida. As part of this venture, EHC will be demolishing the roads ahead of and rebuild the roads after Denco installs the new sanitary sewer lines. EHC will also be responsible for miscellaneous grading on the project. This project aligns with the site construction’s commitment to improving local infrastructure while providing innovative solutions for the city’s development.

The Shoppes at Naples Square
The site construction company is proud to announce its involvement in The Shoppes at Naples Square, situated on 12th Street South in Naples, FL. Working alongside The Ronto Group, EHC will provide road improvements on 12th Street South including underdrain system, traffic rated road pavers, sidewalks, underground drainage as well as sanitary sewer, water and fire line to future development on the corner of 12th Street and 3rd Avenue. EHC is dedicated to delivering high-quality craftsmanship, meeting construction deadlines, and ensuring the success of this bustling new retail destination.

Naples Beach Club Market Square & Conference
EHC is excited to be part of the Naples Beach Club Market Square & Conference project with DeAngelis Diamond to work on the initial phase of Deep Foundation excavation and grade prep for the new construction. This venture showcases EHC’s proficiency in efficiently completing multifaceted projects with precision while upholding our commitment to environmental sustainability.

Completed Projects:

E1R65 SR82
EHC celebrates the successful completion of the E1R65 SR82 project in Collier County, FL provided by Ajax Paving. The project involved mobilization, clear and grub, excavation, embankment, and stabilization for over three miles from Gator Slough Drive to SR29.

Florida SUNTrail
The Florida SUNTrail with the City of Cape Coral included the construction of a 12-foot-wide multi-use trail, a new pedestrian bridge, roadway widening, drainage improvements, and utility relocations. The completion of this project promotes outdoor recreation opportunities and improves the transportation infrastructure in the area.

Safety Improvements of CR833, CR835 & CR846
EHC has completed safety improvements on CR833, CR835, and CR846 in Labelle, FL. The project services were excavation, guardrail and sign removal/installation, and embankment stabilization. These improvements enhance transportation safety and infrastructure in Hendry County.

PGD Runway 4-22 & Wetlands Mitigation Phase 2
Located in Punta Gorda, FL, the project with services rendered by EHC included mobilization, clear & grub, grading, excavation, asphalt removal, limerock base, sodding, and topsoiling. Our team worked diligently to ensure the successful execution of the project, meeting all quality and safety standards.

T1834 SR93
This roadway improvement project aimed to widen State Road No. 93 (I-75) from Toll Booth to Collier Blvd, as well as to improve drainage, milling and resurfacing, and signing. EHC worked with Ajax Paving for the duration of the project.
